As someone coming back to St Louis after many years away Sue was everything we could hope for (and more) in an agent. Before we even made our first visit she helped us build a profile of what we were looking for and used this to expose us to the types of properties and neighborhoods where we might feel at home. When we made our "scouting" visit to St Louis she had prepared a half-dozen places to visit over two days so that we could see possibilities up close and begin to narrow our focus. Though we had not expected to make an offer during this trip Sue's planning and flexibility gave us the confidence to talk things through and make an offer on our drive home. Five days after we left St Louis we had a contract agreed on our next home.
